1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Hope Valley at bpo.hopevalley.digital (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Engagements for BPO Services (customer support, back-office operations, sales assistance, pilot programmes, etc.) are governed by a separate written services agreement between Hope Valley and the client. These Terms do not constitute such an agreement.
2. About Hope Valley

3. Intended audience
The Site and Hope Valley BPO Services are intended for businesses (B2B). The Site is not directed at consumers within the meaning of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978), and no consumer offer is made through the Site.
4. Acceptable use of the Site
- Do not use the Site in a way that breaches applicable law.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe or disrupt any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
- Do not scrape the Site at a rate that would degrade service for others.
- Do not submit false information through our forms or impersonate another person or organisation.
5. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, layout and code on the Site are owned by Hope Valley or its licensors and are protected under Finnish and international copyright and related rights law (including the Finnish Copyright Act, Tekijänoikeuslaki 404/1961). You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
6. Service engagements
Where Hope Valley provides BPO Services, the scope, deliverables, timelines, service levels, fees and confidentiality terms will be set out in a written services agreement and any related statement of work. For example, a pilot engagement covers up to 20 delivery hours over 5 business days as described on the pilot page; full terms of any pilot will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
7. Pricing and VAT
All prices shown on the Site are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated. Finnish VAT is added where applicable under the Finnish VAT Act (Arvonlisäverolaki 1501/1993). For eligible business customers established in another EU Member State, services may be invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure pursuant to Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC, subject to confirmation of business status, a valid VAT number and applicable VAT requirements.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by mandatory Finnish law, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Site. Service deliverables, where applicable, are governed by the separate written services agreement and not by these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory Finnish law, Hope Valley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Finnish law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Data protection
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and in line with Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus), unless mandatory law (including Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, Brussels I Recast) provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you access the Site is the version that applies to your use of the Site.
